Terms and conditions:
Payment for your room will be taken by credit or debit card upon your arrival. Please note that we do not accept cash.
Deposits: We will not charge you in advance of your stay, however we may take card details as part of the booking process. Your card will not be charged as part of the booking process. Payment will only be taken from you upon arrival at the property, where you will need to present your credit or debit card. The card details supplied during booking will only be used in the event of a no-show, or cancellation outside of the free cancellation period, in which case we reserve the right to charge you the total amount for your booking.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. You may cancel free of charge up to 72 hours prior to your planned arrival. Cancellations made after this time will be liable for the whole balance of the stay.
Arrival: All rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival.
Departure: Check-out time is 11:30am.
Damage & breakages: We ask that guests take care in our accommodation, and report any breakages or damages as soon as they occur. Guests are liable for any breakages or damages caused to the accommodation or its contents, however we do not normally charge for any minor breakages or wear and tear. For significant damage, such as broken furniture, or damaged electrical items, we reserve the right to charge or send an invoice for any repairs.
Smoking: Smoking, or the use of vapes or e-cigarettes, is not permitted in your room. Should you smoke inside the building, you will be charged €150 towards the cost of cleaning.
Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Data protection: Any data gathered during the booking and stay process will be held on computer, and used for purposes relating to processing and confirming your booking. Card details may be gathered and held securely to confirm your booking.
